What services do you offer?
Restoration Center, Inc. provides professional counseling services for individuals, couples and families. Historically, we have offered psychospiritual support groups for those navigating the difficulties of life, including grief and divorce/separation. Additionally, we conduct psychological evaluations and testing.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Give us a call at (301) 310-8159 or email us at info@iwanttoberestored.com and someone from our office will contact you for a phone screening.
What should I expect at the first appointment?
Your initial appointment will be an intake session that generally lasts for 1 hour and 45 minutes. During this session, a clinician will talk to you about your personal history as well as the current concerns that have prompted you to seek counseling. You will also get the opportunity to discuss what you would like to explore and accomplish in therapy.
What insurances do you accept?
We currently accept CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna. We encourage you to call your health insurance company or employee benefit plan manager to determine your coverage. You may want to ask the following questions:
1. Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
2. Do I have a deductible and has it been met?
3. Do I have a copay?
4. Do I need to get approval from my primary care physician?
What are my options if I do not have insurance (or would prefer to not use insurance)?
We accept private pay and have an income-based sliding scale option.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept, cash, check, and credit cards.
